Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, directly in the app:

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Account details.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

Deleting your account removes your watchlist, notification settings, and personal account record. Some logs may be retained briefly where required for legal or accounting reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't access the app and want your account deleted, email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll take care of it.

Frequently asked questions

How do you decide which price to show?

We pull live offers from Google Shopping for the UAE and sort them by price and how big the discount is. What we might earn never comes into it. The shop's own page is always the final word on price, so check there before you buy.

Do you sell anything or take payment?

No, and we never take payment. Every purchase happens on the shop's own website, and that's the only place you ever put in your card details.

Why did the price change when I tapped through?

Prices and stock move fast at the shops. We refresh often, but their own page is always the up-to-date one.

How do the alerts work?

Save a product to your watchlist and turn on price-drop or coupon alerts. We'll send you a notification when it gets cheaper or a new coupon turns up.
